We chose this location, for the beautiful mountain views, stunning sandy beaches and most importantly it is close to the centre of Dalyan, only a 5/10 minute stroll away (a new road to the village make it even quicker to reach), Dalyan has plenty of restaurants, shops and bars for all to enjoy. The villa and the location will suit young and old a like and is particularly safe for children of all ages, and is ideal for people with walking difficulties. (Traffic is not allowed into town centre during the evening).

The villa is built on a large corner plot, with private off road parking and is located along a quiet county lane in a peaceful setting with beautiful mountain views, just at the end of the lane, there is a small shop, also, the local dolmus (bus) stops there, should this be needed or just stroll into the heart of the beautiful riverside village of Dalyan and explore the many shops or just sit and watch the world go by at the quayside.
