The fully tiled modern en-suite bathroom has an 8mm glass enclosed shower cubicle, marble anti slip shower tray, full size sink and WC, shaver point, large mirror, with over- head light and all matching furnishings.
The Double bedroom also has a very comfortable, excellent quality king size bed, large fitted wardrobe plus shelving unit and top boxes. The bedroom has hair straightners, hair dryer, bedside lamps, ipod docking station which is compatable with mp3 players, alarm clock and all matching furniture, black-out blinds, child window locks to all windows and remote controlled air-conditioning, plus a full size mirror.

The twin bedroom has two comfortable, excellent quality single beds, large fitted wardrobe plus shelving unit and top boxes. The bedroom has a sensor touch bedside lamp, ipod docking station which is compatable with mp3 players, all matching furniture, black-out blinds and remote controlled air-conditioning. Large Lounge:
The very spacious comfortable lounge has 2 settees, (both of which are full size sofa beds). There is also a 30” flat screen TV. There is also a DVD player, speaker system and a CD/Radio player. Many books, giant outdoor games, dvd’s and cd’s, various mobile phone chargers and ipod/mp3 docking station. There's even an electric pump to inflate airbeds and pool toys.
Patio doors open onto the balcony with three steps that leads down to the terrace, summerhouse and pool area, the terrace which is child friendly, has lockable gates for added safety. There you will find a wrap around wooden hand crafted canopy for guaranteed shade. The terrace has a table and chairs to enjoy alfresco meals, there is also a separate sitting/dining area with a full size outdoor dining table and cushioned chairs in the summerhouse, a favourite spot to relax during the day or evening and enjoy the long peaceful days and the beautiful sunsets. The terrace has mountain views and over looks both pools and the garden.

The fully equipped modern kitchen, has everything that you could need, The kitchen has a beautiful granite work top, breakfast bar, dishwasher, digital washing machine, full sized frost-free fridge freezer, full size cooker with fan assisted oven, extractor fan, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere, teapot, electric hand mixer, smoothie maker, food steamer and much more. All crockery, serving bowls, glassware and cutlery is provided for both indoor and alfresco dining, including plastic items for outdoor use. There are two large cooler bags, one with ice blocks and the other with an in car charger) for those essential picnics on the beach.
Pool and terrace area:
The very large main pool is floodlit in the evenings, which is great for a night time dip. The shallow end starts at 1.3 mtrs and runs down to 1.7 mtrs at the deep end of the pool. There is also a seperate child's splash/adult's relaxation pool, ideal for small children to play safely in, or for adults to relax in. There are cushioned sun loungers, tables and parasols for total relaxation and shade around the pool area on hot lazy days.

The Master bedroom has a very comfortable, excellent quality king size bed, en-suite bathroom, patio doors that open onto the terrace that overlooks both the pools and garden. The bedroom also has A/C, hair straightners, hair dryer, TV with DVD, CD player and speaker system to hook up your ipod, mp3 alarm clock and all matching furniture, sensor touch bedside lamps, black-out blinds, remote controlled air-conditioning unit and a large wardrobe, plus a full size mirror.
The villa has a very large beautiful walled private garden, thanks to our gardener, who calls daily to tender to the lawn and the many fruit trees, including a banana tree, plum tree and an abundance of grapes, flowering shrubs and flowers. The garden is plenty big enough for a game of tennis or football, or to sit and relax in. Many different species of birds, including storks, visit the villa; binoculars are supplied, so you can take a closer look. When dusk falls you can use the garden and pool night lights so you can continue to relax in the peaceful surroundings at Villa Lahana. The BBQ has a light for evening BBQ's.
